Anneliese Ostertag is a writer, curator and dramaturg based in Berlin. She has a background in philosophy and cultural studies and holds a MA in performance from Giessen University. As the founder of Center for Net Art, she curated exhibitions and events focusing on art and technology. She was the curator for the digital program of Internationale Tanzmesse NRW and initiated haptic affinities, a study group on touch and intimacy in the arts (Impulse Festival / FFT Düsseldorf). As a dramaturg, Anneliese works with artists such as Amina Szecsödy, Luis Garay, and Li Lorian. Recent exhibitions and performances include Rear Windows (Deutsches Filminstitut Frankfurt), RAUBKOPIE (Künstlerhaus Mousonturm / Thalia Theater), Lebenszyklus als Lebenswerk (Deutsches Historisches Museum Frankfurt), and stick.t.me (panke.gallery). She has taught seminars at ZHDK and HMKV Dortmund and edited three books, titled »Akribie und Obsession« (2025, Spector Books), »From Net, City, World to Cloud, Market, Sea« (2024, Distanz), and »en plein air« (2019, Spector Books). Her writing has been featured in The Curatorial Studies Journal, kunstlicht, and Positionen – Texte zur aktuellen Musik, amongst others.
