Laura Rogalski

Laura Rogalski studierte Soziologie, Politikwissenschaft und Sozial- und Kulturanthropologie an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und der Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Bogotá. Sie ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Teilprojekt B03 »Wirksamkeitserwartungen künstlerischer Interventionen« am Sonderforschungsbereich Intervenierende Künste. Im Rahmen ihres Dissertationsprojekts forscht sie ethnographisch und praxistheoretisch informiert zu den Perspektiven von Künstler:innen und Aktivist:innen auf die gesellschaftliche Wirksamkeit ihrer Praxis. Darüber hinaus umfasst ihr Forschungsinteresse Kultursoziologie, insbesondere Kunst- und Literatursoziologie, qualitative Forschungsmethoden, Kritische Theorien, Affect Studies und Rechtsextremismusforschung.

Laura Rogalski studied sociology, political science, and social and cultural anthropology at Humboldt Universität Berlin and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Bogotá. She is a research associate in subproject B03, »Expectations on the Impact of Artistic Interventions«, within the Collaborative Research Centre Intervening Arts. As part of her dissertation project, she conducts ethnographic and practice-theoretical informed research on the perspectives of artists and activists regarding the social impact of their practice. Her research interests also include cultural sociology, particularly the sociology of art and literature, qualitative research methods, critical theories, affect studies and research on right-wing extremism.
